Beyond borders, Uniting the wisdom
Safe Third Place for Research Cooperation & Cooperative Management
The Ayu-Emergency Care project was established in 2017 under the guidance of Dr. Krishna Kumar ji and has since received the logo support from the AYUSH Ministry. It is a collaborative effort between the ICU India multidisciplinary team and the AVP Research Foundation, aimed at promoting high-quality training, practice, and research in Emergency and Critical Care within the field of Ayurveda.
The primary goal of this Yathra is to share the work that has been accomplished so far and to establish a sustainable network that focuses on three key domains.
Firstly, we aim to develop a unique training model for Ayurvedic doctors and students in Emergency Care, based on international and national guidelines.
Secondly, we intend to connect with Vaidyas who practice Ayurveda, Siddha, or any traditional medical system and are experienced in managing critical clinical conditions. We plan to interview them and include them in a co-research project (Research With and Research Action) to create guidelines for Cooperative Emergency Care.
Finally, we aim to organise workshops that highlight the potency of Ayurveda in various fields such as Emergency Care, ICU, and Oncology. These workshops will serve as a platform for Co-operative clinical research and management.
